Status

The full privacy policy is being finalised with our legal team and will replace this page before public launch. In the meantime, the summary below describes what we collect and why.

What we collect at the waitlist stage

• Email address (required, primary contact).
• First name (required, for personalised correspondence).
• Whether you are a student or parent (required, for sequence routing).
• Optional: grade in fall 2026, city, state, and a free-text note about your interest.
• System-captured: the price variant you saw, UTM parameters, your consent version, and your IP at sign-up.

How we use it

To send you confirmation that you joined the waitlist, to share program details when they are ready, and to shape the camp around the audience that signs up. We never sell or share your data with anyone outside our service providers (listed below).

Service providers we share data with

• Neon (database hosting, US).
• Vercel (web hosting, US).
• Resend (transactional email, US).
• Loops (marketing automation, US).
• PostHog (product analytics, US — only after you accept analytics cookies).
• Sentry (error tracking, US — does not receive personal data).
• Upstash (rate-limit storage, US — receives only IP hashes).

Your rights

You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email bootcamp@swiftrocket.org with “data access” or “data erasure” in the subject. We will action the request within 30 days.
